A three-day immersive retreat exploring the art of conscious touch, body awareness, and somatic presence — set within Orto Creative Hub, 30 minutes from Porto.
Led by Pedro Lechuga-Farías and Joost van Veen, licensed Shiatsu therapists, this retreat draws from Zen, Shiatsu, and Aikido to offer a grounded, embodied experience.
This retreat is open to anyone curious about bodywork, somatic practices, or simply exploring what it means to be more present in everyday life. No previous experience is required.
The retreat unfolds in a gentle rhythm of practice, rest, shared meals, and moments of silence, allowing learning and insight to emerge naturally. Through movement, touch, meditation, and embodied exercises, participants are invited to slow down, listen more deeply, and rediscover the wisdom of the body.
