In this first series of three workshops (that you can book individually) we’ll dive into the world of
Awareness Through Touch<\/strong> from three different angels

9 mei 2026 Connection<\/strong>

Each workshop will start with Do-In and meditation to get grounded.
Please bring thin, comfortable clothing in which you feel good and can move freely.
(you can change at the location)

Zafou’s and futon’s are provided.

cost<\/strong>: Euro 40,- for 1 workshop Euro 100,- for all three.
